The facility has a floor area of 1,200 square meters and is designed to withstand a floor load of up to 3,000 kilograms per square meter. The scope of work included structural work, electrical and lighting systems, ventilation systems, and sanitary systems, to ensure the warehouse is fully functional, efficient, and safe for operations.
